RV Service Guilty in Pitman
On September 25, 2007 Ken Bilsky owner of Ken’s RV Service plead guilty of advertising plumbing services.
Mr. Bilsky’s told the judge that he was not violating any laws because he works on RV and mobile homes that are not connected to a permanent water or sewer connection. However during the trial Mr. Bilsky changed his plea to “Guilty”
The judge accepted the new plea and fined Ken Bilsky of Kens RV Service $100.00 + court fee’s and costs. The judge also instituted a restraining order baring him from performing plumbing services until he is properly licensed to do so.
