GUILTY IN WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ
Mr. Rudy Matlack pleads guilty for advertising Plumbing Services.
On April 11, 2007 in an effort to protect NJ consumers the Gloucester and
Salem Master Plumbers Associations’ Enforcement Chairman Gary Devine filed a complaint against Mr. Rudy Matlack in the Williamstown Municipal Court.
His alleged crime – “Advertised plumbing services” (with out being Licensed by The NJ Board of Master Plumbers) in the Today's Shopper magazine.
On May 9, 2007 both Mr. Devine and Mr. Matlack appeared in front of the honorable Judge LaCavara. Local Municipal Prosecutor Robert Smith presented the facts of the case and Judge LaCavara agreed.
Mr. Matlock received a $200.00 fine and a plumbing restraining order.
