Anyone offering or providing plumbing services in the state of NJ without being licensed as a New Jersey Master Plumber by the NJ Board of Master Plumber Examiners is in violation of NJ 45:14C-12.3b.
Anyone found guilty of violating 45:14c-12.3b can pay fines up to $ 2500.00 and 6 months in jail. |
